Returns

Organic Pantry happily accepts returns for any of the following reasons:

Change of Mind
We will accept products returned in original condition only. A store credit will be issued once the returned item is received.

Damaged Goods
In the event one or more items are damaged in transit we will issue a full refund.

Wrong Product
If we have sent the wrong product or quantity, then we will either: send the correct item, arrange a store credit, or issue a full refund, at your request.

All returns to be sent to info@organicpantry.com.au (please include a photo for damaged goods claims).
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of purchase and retain original item and packaging until advised by us.
